Taking a break from deliveries? Whether you’re going on holiday or just don’t need your delivery that week, you can easily pause your order for up to 28 days.

On the website:

1. Log into your account.

2. Head to the 'Repeat Orders' tab.

3. Click the "Pause All" button.

4. Let us know why you're pausing (just for some insight!).

5. Enter the start and end dates of your pause (maximum 28 days).

6. Hit "Pause All" to confirm.

On the app:

1. Go to the 'Activity' tab.

2. Select 'Upcoming.'

3. Select the date you want to skip in the calendar.

4. Click on 'Skip delivery(s).'

5. Choose whether you want to skip that specific delivery, pause your deliveries for a longer period or donate the value of that day's order.

Your deliveries will automatically resume the day after your pause period ends, so you can enjoy fresh deliveries right when you need them again. If your plans change, you can always resume earlier!
