Taking a break from deliveries? Whether you’re going on holiday or just don’t need your delivery that week, you can easily pause your order for up to 28 days.

On the website:

1. Log into your account.

2. Head to the 'Repeat Orders' tab.

3. Click the "Pause All" button.

4. Let us know why you're pausing (just for some insight!).

5. Enter the start and end dates of your pause (maximum 28 days).

6. Hit "Pause All" to confirm.

On the app:

1. Go to the 'Orders' section.

2. Tap 'Upcoming Deliveries.'

3. Select 'Pause Multiple Orders.'

4. Choose to pause either your whole order or specific items.

5. Scroll down and select your pause dates.

Your deliveries will automatically resume the day after your pause period ends, so you can enjoy fresh deliveries right when you need them again. If your plans change, you can always resume earlier!
