Whether you're holidaying or just don't need it that week you can pause your delivery for a duration of time.

On Web:

1. Login into you account

2. Go to your Repeat orders tab

3. Hit the "pause all" button

4. Give us a bit of insight into why you want to pause?

5. Enter your pause start and end day (maximum length of 28 days)

6. Select "Pause All"


On App:

1. Go to the 'Orders' section.

2. Select 'Upcoming Deliveries.'

3. Click on 'Pause Multiple Orders.'

4. Choose either 'Whole Order' or specific items you'd like to pause.

5. Scroll down and select the dates you'd like to pause until.

Remember, you can pause for up to 4 weeks at a time.
