If your payment doesn’t go through, don’t worry—we’ll give you a few chances to fix it before anything changes.
Here’s how it works:

Membership status: Your membership benefits are only active when your payments are successful. If a payment fails, your status will change, and you won’t receive membership perks until it’s resolved.

Automatic retries: We’ll automatically try your payment again after 24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours. If it still doesn’t go through after that, the retries will stop.

How to fix it quickly: You’ll receive an email from us with a secure link to update your payment. Once the payment is successful, your membership will be reactivated straight away.

Payment date: If you fix your payment within the retry window, your usual billing date won’t change.

This way, you stay in control and can quickly restore your membership whenever a payment hiccup happens.
