To change your delivery address:
- Log into your account.
- Select 'Delivery' from your account menu.
- Click 'Change Address' and enter your new postcode.
- If we deliver to your area, you'll see a drop-down list of full addresses.
- If your exact address isn’t listed, you can enter it manually.
- Once selected, click Confirm Address.
- Next, set the pin on the map in the correct location for your new delivery point and click Confirm Pin & Continue.
- Finally, select your changeover date and click Confirm New Address.
⏳ Please note: We need at least 24 hours' notice to process your address change.
Important:
- Any Delivery Instructions and Front Door Picture saved on your account will be cleared at the point of changing your address over. You will need to update them once you have settled in.
- If any of your existing products on your orders are not available at your new location it will display on the page. The items will be automatically removed - anything already paid for will be credited back to your Modern Milkman account
