To check if we deliver to your new area:

  1. Log into my account and go to Delivery > Change Address.
  2. Enter your new postcode.
  3. If we cover your area, a list of addresses will appear for you to choose from.
  4. If your full address isn’t shown, you'll have the option to enter it manually.

If we don’t cover your area, you’ll see a "Sorry, we don't currently deliver to this postcode" message. You’ll then be offered a link to contact our Customer Success team to help with closing your account if needed.
