To check if we deliver to your new area:
- Log into my account and go to Delivery > Change Address.
- Enter your new postcode.
- If we cover your area, a list of addresses will appear for you to choose from.
- If your full address isn’t shown, you'll have the option to enter it manually.
If we don’t cover your area, you’ll see a "Sorry, we don't currently deliver to this postcode" message. You’ll then be offered a link to contact our Customer Success team to help with closing your account if needed.
