We know adjustments can be a bit confusing! You’ll see an adjustment on your receipt if you made changes to your orders after your previous invoice was generated. This could happen if you added or removed items, or if you paused your deliveries after the invoice was issued. If we owe you money, it will show as a negative adjustment, and your total payment will be lower. If you added more products after payment, it will show as a positive adjustment, and your next payment will be higher.

Your receipt will clearly indicate the product, date of the adjustment, and whether the price difference is a plus or minus.
