If there's a hiccup with your delivery, here’s how to let us know:

On App:

1. Go to the 'Orders' tab and click on 'Report an Issue with my Delivery'.

2. Choose the reason for the issue and specify whether it affects your whole order or just specific items.

3. If possible, upload images to support your claim using the 'Upload Image' button.

4. You can then request a re-delivery, credit or a collection if related to empties.

On Web:

1. Go to the 'Orders & Deliveries' tab

2. Select a past delivery (up to 7 days ago)

3. Click on 'Report an Issue'

4. Choose the reason for the issue and then choose the affected delivery

5. Specify whether it affects your whole order or just specific items.

6. If possible/relevant, upload images to support your claim

7. Select if you would like a redelivery or credit and leave any additional feedback if you wish to

Make sure to report any issues within 72 hours so we can resolve them in time for your next delivery.

The majority of time you will be able self serve this issue and it will be sorted for you quick as a flash. Sometime you will be passed over to member of the team who will investigate and account your claim as needed.
