On your receipts, you may see ‘Order adjustments from last week ' and the product names at the bottom of your receipt. In the middle column of the adjustments section of your receipt, you will see the date these were delivered. In the right-hand column of the adjustment section, you will see the amount.

This happens when your previous receipt had been generated and then the items were added afterwards that money is owed for, or if you pause/remove items you paid for before the intended delivery date, so we owe you this value.

To view your receipt please log in to your account and follow these steps below.

Web:

Log in to the website, select the person icon on the top right which will bring a drop-down menu - from here click receipts, this brings the weekly invoices and in the top right this will show your account balance (if you have credit).

App:

Log in to the app, select the 3 lines in the top left for the drop-down menu, select my account, view receipts, this brings the weekly invoices and in the top right, this will show your account balance (if you have any credit).
