To check your delivery status, head over to the "Orders" section in your account. If today’s delivery is listed under 'Upcoming Deliveries,' it’s still on its way. If it's past 7:30am, you should have received an email or call from us explaining any delay. However, if today’s delivery is under 'Previous Orders,' it should have already arrived.

If not, there may be an issue. Please report it through your account, and you can request a redelivery on your next scheduled drop day or a credit to your Modern Milkman account. We’ll also notify your driver.
