On App:

1. Go to 'Activity'

2. Select ‘Upcoming’

3. Use the bin icon next to the item you wish to pause

4. You will have the option to skip or donate the item's value

Any advance payment for the paused order will be credited to your account automatically. This credit will then be deducted from your next payment to us.
