We’re sorry we missed your collection! Our drivers always aim to pick up your bags, but there are a few common reasons why a collection might not happen:

There may be times whereby our driver is unable to collect your bag, this could be due to the several customers on your round leaving their bags out for collection and our van’s being at capacity, it could be the bag has a rip, is not sealed properly or something could be leaking out. For safety reasons as a food delivery service we can not collect bags in this state onto our vans.

If you bag is all sealed up properly and has not been collected, it’s likely due to space on the van, simply leave the bag out again on your next day you are due a delivery and the driver will collect it then.
