We keep your chilled products in our coolers right up until the driver heads out on their route. Our delivery routes are carefully planned to minimize the time your items are out of refrigeration. During the warmer months, we use ice and cooling mechanisms in our vans, and we add ice packs to key items to keep them fresh.

For those hot days, we recommend placing a container with some ice packs outside for extra cooling. Don’t have any ice packs? No problem! You can purchase reusable ice packs from Modern Milkman—just fill them up, freeze them, and pop them in your container before your delivery arrives.
